Did you wish upon a shooting star? Participate in activities with a For-Mar Naturalist ‘under the stars’ and learn about the constellations seen in the August twilight.
A Very Stellar Experience (ages 7-12)
A For-Mar Naturalist will be your guide during an hour long journey through the milky way of stars, constellations and even meteor showers which appear in the August night sky.
Time: 10-11am. Cost: FREE! Pre-registration suggested, but walk-ins welcome.

- Description:
- Join the Crim and get the entire family active! You and your family will collect mileage for walking and/or running through our beautiful Genesee County Parks. The more mileage you earn the more chances you have to win great healthy prizes! Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes. For families, all ages and activity levels. Time: 7-8:30pm. Cost: FREE! Pre-registration not required.
[7:00pm]Pet Massage Workshop
- Description:
- Join Mary Lee Kay, a trained canine massage therapist, for a two session workshop designed to teach the basics of the healing touch of pet massage. Time: 7-8pm. Cost: $5 per dog. Pre-registration required by 08/02/10, limited to 10 dogs. Shots must be current and a copy of shot record must be presented at first class. Dogs who exhibit aggressive behavior toward people or other animals will not be tolerated. For adults ages 16 and older.
